Ingredients

  • Your serving of meat (chicken/lean steak)
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 basil leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons All Purpose Spike seasoning (QFC organic section, Gourmet Natural Seasoning w/ red top)
  • Your serving of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of warm water

Method

    1. Use your personal serving of protein (chicken/lean steak) and fat (olive oil)
    2. Mix all contents together and then place cooked meat into sauce, preferably warm, and poor over chopped lettuce or spinach.
