Ingredients

  • Your serving deveined shrimp, diced
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ diced celery
  • Your portion size avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • Juice of 1 large lemon

Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    2. Gently fold ingredients together.
    3. Place into a bowl and garnish with cilantro.

    Yield

    • Weigh out your serving size of protein and fat. *For ease, you can make more than one serving at once, just adjust protein/fat accordingly.
