The actions are building! Studies show it takes 21 days to learn something and 63 days to engrain it. Take a few minutes each night to track whether or not you are being intentional about each action. You will clearly see areas of weakness when you take a moment to do this and in the process you will continue to tell your mind to TAKE ACTION.
ACTION 4 is: I was mindful and intentional about choosing non processed nutrient rich (NOT calorie rich) foods today.
1. I looked at labels for “added sugars” that were not from the natural ingredients.
2. I didn’t eat any processed grains like bread, chips, pasta or wraps.
