ASIAN PEANUT BUTTER SPICY CHICKEN SALAD

  • Your serving of chicken
  • Your serving of all natural peanut butter
  • No carb (or very minimal carb) spicy brown mustard
  • Romaine lettuce or spinach

Method

    1. In a bowl mix your serving of peanut butter and spicy mustard, in the amount, to your liking.
    2. Stir in cooked chicken that has been cut up into little chunks or strips.
    3. Pour over the top of lettuce or spinach. If you like crunchiness then go with romaine and if a softer texture is desired to go with the spinach.
