- Your serving deveined shrimp, diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- ¼ diced celery
- Your portion size avocado, diced
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
- Juice of 1 large lime
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Gently fold ingredients together.
- Place into a bowl and garnish with cilantro.
- Weigh out your serving size of protein and fat. *For ease, you can make more than one serving at once, just adjust protein/fat accordingly.
