Body Burn Workout Plan
BODY BURN WORKOUTS will challenge and sculpt all levels! The workouts are designed to increase muscle confusion, improve heart health and provide quick and effective results. Workouts consist of 3 strength days, 1 dynamic day and 1 cardiovascular day. There is a detailed video tutorial that included educating proper form and technique! You can follow in order for maximum results or pick and choose which days work within your schedule.
