  • Your serving of Avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

Method

    1. Cut the avocado into bite size pieces.
    2. Place in a bowl and set aside.
    3. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place in bowl with avocado.
    4. Add juice from lime and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
    While the tomato is a vegetable, you’re welcome to have extra vegetables at any time. For this reason, the meal is categorized as a fat.
