AVOCADO & TOMATO SALAD
- Your serving of Avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Juice from ½ lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
- Cut the avocado into bite size pieces.
- Place in a bowl and set aside.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place in bowl with avocado.
- Add juice from lime and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
