  • 1 scoop of SYNC
  • Add Celery for dipping if desired
  • If wanting to make a PROTEIN + CARB stir in oats
  • Eat raw or put in the freezer to create a frozen treat.

Method

    1. Mix contents into a bowl with just enough pasteurized egg whites to make a thick cookie dough.
    2. If you would like to use for a PROTEIN + CARB meal add a little more egg and pour in your serving of Old Fashioned Oats.
