MEAT SALAD DRESSING
- Your serving of meat (chicken/lean steak)
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4 basil leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons All Purpose Spike seasoning (QFC organic section, Gourmet Natural Seasoning w/ red top)
- Your serving of olive oil
- ¼ cup of warm water
Method
- Use your personal serving of protein (chicken/lean steak) and fat (olive oil)
- Mix all contents together and then place cooked meat into sauce, preferably warm, and poor over chopped lettuce or spinach.
