CROCKPOT CHICKEN SALSA
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 16 oz sugar-free, additive-free salsa
- Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Top with salsa.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done.
- Remove the chicken from the crockpot and place in a large bowl.
- Using two forks, shred the chicken. Can be used immediately, refrigerated or frozen.
