  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 16 oz sugar-free, additive-free salsa

Method

    1. Put the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
    2. Top with salsa.
    3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until done.
    4. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and place in a large bowl.
    5. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Can be used immediately, refrigerated or frozen.
